Returns and Exchanges

Items are guaranteed against defects in workmanship for one year.
Clothing items that have been worn, washed, or purchased more than 30
days prior may not be returned. For a return or exchange you must first
obtain a Return Authorization number. We will provide this number via
e-mail. Return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Returned items may be exchanged for another item of the same value, or a
credit can be issued.

Items are shipped by UPS and the charges are based on delivery zip code and weight of selected items. Shipping is calculated using UPS shipping charts and our shopping cart allows the guest to select the shipping method once the various rates are calculated. ON ALL RETURNS/EXCHANGES, PLEASE PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:
ORDER NUMBER; ORDER DATE; ITEM BEING RETURNED; REASON FOR RETURN; IF TO BE EXCHANGED FOR ANOTHER SIZE/COLOR, OR ISSUE REFUND.
